Remedy supports not-for-profit organisation, Pepenbury, to create an integrated approach to their communications.
Pepenbury is a not-for-profit organisation that supports adults with learning disabilities. When Pepenbury celebrated its 80th birthday, Remedy was asked to create a new corporate identity and brand guidelines.
The new brand was applied across Pepenbury’s marketing communications. including signage, stationery, exhibition materials and annual reports.
As the largest not-for-profit employer in West Kent, Pepenbury also needed a website that helped to convey the status of their organisation. In a changing care landscape, the new site needed to clearly explain their offering to healthcare commissioners looking to place or source services for adults with a learning disability.
Remedy was briefed to migrate Pepenbury’s existing website to a new content management platform and bring it in line with the brand guidelines. We re-designed the home page and updated the overall design of the site. The result is a modern, engaging website that has a logical layout and easy navigation.
We also art directed a photo shoot, edited the site copy and went through a Search Engine Optimisation exercise to help improve Pepenbury’s visibility online.
A happy client
"You made sure the project was done in manageable steps whilst making sure we gave sufficient thought to the visitor experience at each stage. We had time to ensure we were happy with each stage before progressing to the next, which made a potentially demanding project feel very manageable. The website is now an invaluable marketing tool that will help the charity in promoting its services and will attract new residents and service users. The whole project went smoothly from beginning to end and was delivered on time and within budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to other organisations."
