Integrated campaign raises awareness of the threat to the Hunting Act.
Established in 1924, The League Against Cruel Sports is an animal welfare charity that works to expose and prevent cruelty to animals in the name of sport.
The League asked Remedy to create a campaign to raise awareness of the threat and encourage the public to support the campaign by lobbying their local MP, sharing a campaign movie and generally spreading the word.
We created a multi-channel campaign, fronted by one of their supporters, comedian Dave Spikey. The campaign includes a cinema commercial, viral movie, YouTube Advertising, web banners, landing page, and email marketing.
The campaign was impactful and achieved far reaching results. Well over 1 million people were reached through cinema advertising, YouTube pre-roll, online banners and the website. The campaign achieved exposure on the BBC and at a Parliament event.
Campaign of the Week
Two weeks after launch, it was chosen as Digital Campaign of the week by Third Sector Magazine.
A happy client
"Remedy Creative have been excellent to work with, starting with some great initial concept ideas and right through to the final editing of the film against a very tight timeframe. Their professional ‘can do’ attitude has helped us maximise our budget, and work on a big project at an already busy time of year. The end output was so powerful that we went back to the Trust who gave us initial funding and asked for a further donation so we could double cinema reach – and they said yes immediately! We look forward to final results, and working on the next project with Remedy Creative."
