Aimed at style conscious mums, Jem+Bea’s beautifully designed range redefines the baby changing bag. The bags are all about classic luxury, but with a modern edge. A bag for mum and baby.

The client had taken their product through the design and R&D phases, and had secured PR in Mother and Baby and style magazines, such as Vogue. Now they needed an e-commerce website that was as stylish as their baby changing bags. 

As the bags were still being manufactured, we recommended a simple holding site to capitalise on the existing buzz and allow potential customers to register their interest and sign up for updates.

We then facilitated a brand workshop to determine brand values and messaging, define the target audience, map the customer journey and finalise functionality/structure of the new site.

We have created a contemporary and understated website that showcases the range, provides a streamlined shopping experience and works beautifully on mobile – perfect for busy mums.

A responsive email template also allows Jem+Bea to keep in touch with their customers with product updates, news and promotional offers.

The launch of the site was supported by an email to the client’s database and within a few hours, Jem+Bea had made their first sale.
