An established and successful events company, Garlands required a separate brand to promote their offering to corporate events bookers, CPD programme managers and meeting and conference organisers
Remedy has worked with events and outdoor activities specialist, Garlands, since 2012. Having originally re-branded the company, we were asked to create a corporate-focused identity and website to sit alongside their Garlands Leisure brand.
Our brief was to ensure synergy across the two brands, whilst communicating a sharper, more business-like approach to corporates. We also needed to reflect the overall Garlands brand personality – not a stuffy, corporate events business, but a team of approachable, fun-loving professionals.
Along with a new brand identity, we created a new positioning line ‘TEAM BUILDING, EVENTS, AND THEN SOME…’ to help express the Garlands attitude. Following the creation of a brand toolkit, the new brand has been applied to an email template, brochure and exhibition graphics.
Built within the Wordpresss CMS platform, the site is fully responsive for mobile. We worked with Garlands to define the site structure, functionality and page content. We assisted with copy editing and image selection, most of the images shot specifically for the website by the client.
The new identity and communications have helped to position Garlands Corporate as a credible and inspiring events and training venue – And then some!
