Responsive email design promotes Dubai as the premier year-round destination.
Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) is the principal authority for promoting the emirate to an international audience. Remedy was chosen to create and manage a segmented email campaign that is broadcast to more than 25,000 people every month.
Remedy is responsible for design, copywriting, distribution and reporting for Dubai Tourism’s responsive e-newsletters to four different audiences: UK travel trade, Irish travel trade, Consumers and Commerce. For the travel trade, we also create competition forms that integrate with the emails.
The results for all audiences have been extremely positive, with an increase in open and click-through rates. We have also worked with the client to clean their lists, which has resulted in improved bounce rates and a dramatic reduction of people marking the emails as spam.
