Bonsai re-brand and strategy

Marketing strategy, branding and communication tools for a UK-based cloud solutions provider.

Bonsai provides cloud storage and backup & recovery solutions. Remedy was approached to devise a six-month marketing strategy to help Bonsai launch its core products to private individuals and small businesses.

The concept of 'The Cloud' is generally misunderstood, with many business users and consumers not even realising that they are already using it. 

Bonsai provides affordable solutions that are incredibly easy to set up. All data is stored in the UK on secure servers and their products integrate seamlessly with existing software systems.

The core proposition 'Bonsai makes the cloud simple' was used to inform all design and marketing decisions.

Remedy refreshed the existing brand identity to simplify and contemporise it. This included the logo, typefaces and colour palette.

Email marketing template design and html development

A website audit resulted in recommendations for splitting web content into separate B2B and B2C websites. Remedy created site maps, key messaging and copy style guidance.

We wrote and designed trade press advertising and exhibition banners and designed, developed and broadcast responsive email campaigns for the B2B audiences.

The new brand identity, marketing materials and marketing strategy have enabled Bonsai to compete more effectively in a very crowded marketplace.
