Brief: Realli-Ski runs ski simulation centres in Canterbury and Watford where customers learn to ski on a tilting, moving surface that feels like real snow. The client asked us to give their new business programme a lift with a mail piece to entice newbies to boot-up for their first Realli-Ski lesson.

Solution: Realli-Ski lets you ski continuously, choosing your own mountain by setting the speed and angle appropriate to your ability. This door-drop challenged the recipient to literally make their own mountain and get 1/3 off their first lesson. They also had a chance to take their new-found virtual skiing skills into the real world with a ski holiday prize draw.

Result: The door drop stood out from the rest of the mailbox clutter and really caught people’s imaginations. Not only did it attract new customers, but some of them even brought the mountains they had made to their first lesson.
