Brief: For 10 years, Pet ID has trained and supplied pet microchipping equipment to vets, animal welfare organisations and local authorities. Remedy won a three-way pitch to help re-think the company structure and communicate a broader offering including pet food, accessories and insurance. This meant a complete re-brand including a new website.
Solution: To help meet a deadline driven by Pet Works' attendance at a high-profile industry exhibition, a completely new website was launched to showcase the new brand. Phase 2 is currently in production, including an online shop, a member's area, blogs and secure professional area.
Results: Remedy pulled out all the stops to get the site live. This included planning, design, build, copy and SEO, not to mention a three-day photo shoot with 30 pets and their owners. The client has now been trained to use the content management system so that all future changes can be done in-house.
