Brief: Realli-Ski runs ski simulation centres in Canterbury and Watford where customers learn to ski or improve technique before hitting the piste. The client asked us to explore ways to make sure their customers kept coming back for more.

Solution: An e-newsletter targets existing customers before and throughout the ski season. The newsletter, ‘Inside Edge’, is packed with exclusive offers, snow reports, centre news and irresistible prize draws.

Result: Since it’s launch in November 2007, Inside Edge has had a consistently high open rate and has significantly helped increase bookings for both Realli-Ski centres.
