Pet Works
Brief: For 10 years, Pet ID has trained and supplied pet microchipping equipment to vets, animal welfare organisations and local authorities. To help the company grow, they knew they had to diversify. Remedy won a three-way pitch to help re-think the company structure and communicate a broader offering including pet food, accessories and insurance. The re-brand included a new website, exhibition graphics, literature and point of sale material.
Solution: Remedy conducted research with pet lovers and vets and facilitated a brand workshop. Outcomes from the workshop led to re-naming the umbrella brand 'Pet Works' with 'Pet ID' sitting underneath it as their microchipping product alongside other sub-brands: Pet ID Equine, Pet ID Insurance and Priority. The three different colours within the main 'cogs' identity are used to highlight different product and service sub-brands.
Results: Remedy pulled out all the stops to have everything ready within tight deadlines. This included five new logos, a strapline, brand guidelines, a three-day photo shoot with 30 pets and their owners, web design, copy, build and SEO. The re-design positions Pet Works head and shoulders above the competition and the client is thrilled with the results.

“We are really happy with the way you have handled our re-branding. The new identity is bold and confident – just what we needed to move everything forward. The new website and exhibition stand look fantastic and we are already getting really positive feedback. Please pass my thanks on to the rest of the team.”
